Phu means bones, but sounds similar to vu, which means drums. So, the Gogodze Phu series is our collection of the ghosts and bones of traditional percussion from across the world. This first volume contains samples of five bobobo drums from Ghana - a set of peg-tuned drums in five sizes - and a cajon recorded in Poland. There are a total of 544 WAV samples, and the library takes up 90 MB of diskspace. Here is a walkthrough showing the sounds and functionality. |
